Our terms and conditions apply to all 'Escape the City' experiences in the city.
Prices
All prices on our website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.
Order Validity
Your order with 'Escape the City' is valid for six months after purchase on the website. After this period, the right to use the experience expires and no refunds are possible. 'Escape the City' reserves the right to no longer make the experience available. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, you will receive a refund of the costs incurred.
Use
The Escape the City experience can only be used once. Once you complete the experience, it cannot be replayed
Please ensure you have a sufficiently current device to play the experience as 'Escape the City' may not work on outdated devices
You need an internet connection at all times to play the experience.
Delivery
After completing payment, you will receive the link and corresponding access code(s) for the 'Escape the City' experience by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@ontsnapdestad.nl. Our team will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Liability
When designing the 'Escape the City' experience, we strive to prevent unsafe situations. However, 'Escape the City' is not responsible for the safety of participants and their behavior in traffic while playing the experience.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding Escape the City must be reported as soon as possible. Complaints regarding the purchase, payment and/or delivery of the experience must be reported within two weeks of purchase. Complaints regarding the use of the experience must be reported within two weeks of use. All complaints can be reported via info@ontsnapdestad.nl. Our team will handle your complaint as quickly as possible.
